All of our products are supplied with a free, 12 month return-to-base warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of receipt. The warranty covers hardware only. Consumables, such as ink or batteries are not covered. The warranty does not cover any issues caused by accidental damage or product misuse.
In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem, please contact us by e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone on 0330 390 7536. We will endeavour to repair the fault, provide a replacement or issue a full refund as applicable.
If the product develops a fault during the first fourteen days from receipt, we will arrange to collect the unit at our cost. After this fourteen day period, the cost of returning the unit will fall to the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure any returns are packaged safely. Any repaired or replacement units will be sent to you free of charge.
